The Norbert was built on a simple idea - food is better when it is shared.
So instead of everyone ordering their own thing, the table becomes part of the experience. You try a little of everything. You pass plates around. You end up talking about what you liked and going back for another bite.
The menu changes depending on what is in season and what feels right at the time. Some things stay, some things rotate, but the goal is always the same. Keep it fresh. Keep it thoughtful. Make it something worth coming back for.
Nothing here is meant to feel complicated or formal. Just good food, good drinks, and a place that feels comfortable the second you walk in.
